Ladies Ice Fishing Adventure
In partnership with LadyGuns, Lisa Roper Outdoors is very proud to be hosting our first annual Ladies Ice Fishing Adventure on Lac La Biche Lake in Lac La Biche, Alberta.
We are excited to bring women together in the great outdoors, with warm fishing tents, for a hands-on ice fishing experience. This event will be held over two days, on Feb 12/13, 2022, with a maximum of 25 ladies each day. Activities will include fishing fundamentals, gear familiarization, proper catch and release techniques, fish handling and a few fun surprises added in.
Don’t have any fishing gear? No worries, we have everything you need. If you have your own, we encourage you to bring it.
Through our hands on approach we hope to build your confidence and empower you to become future anglers to share your new knowledge with others. We feel this will be a great opportunity to build relationships and create a stronger female fishing network.
This is a one day event, you can chose to participate on either Saturday or Sunday’s program. Attendees on Saturday are welcome to stay and fish on their own on Sunday. You will be able to use our fishing gear again on Sunday, should you need it.
